THANK YOU · NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR · HOROSCOPE · FEATURED INTERVIEWs

We are filled with gratitude this season. We held 2 separate events The Halloween Party in October and The Harvest Fest in November. The monies raised from these to events have allowed us to support 2 different families within the York Township community. We have been able to purchase clothes, toys, personal items, food, and gift cards to a shoe store for
6 children and 2 Moms.

Thanks to all of YOU in our community who have supported The Gathering Lighthouse and in
turn have supported families in need.

NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR

Hi Fellow “Light Travelers”

November was our Month of Celebrating our Thankfulness for all that we have received throughout the year.

December seems to be the Month of Anticipation of what we might give to others!

With so many in need, we are focusing here at TGLH on what we can give to those who have lost much and have little hope of a Bright Christmas 🎄!

We are Gathering staple foods and clothing for two special families who are struggling financially!

We will accept any money you may choose to give!

With this money, we will purchase items for the children, so that they can continue to believe in the Joy of Christmas. 🤶🏻

Hopefully, we will also purchase something for the mothers who single-handedly and gallantly hold these families together!

Please join us in Receiving the “Joy of Giving” In December!

As always Thank You for shining your light on those in the dark.

June 💖✨💖

FUN FACT: COLLECTIVE HOROSCOPE FOR DECEMBER 2023

This December, expect to face new challenges as you reflect on your regrets and restore your energy ahead of the new year. Focus on building your structured, long-term game plan as Mercury begins its short stay in methodical and mature Capricorn on Dec. 1.

You will notice your romantic feelings grow in intensity as relationship-oriented Venus shifts into passionate Scorpio on Dec. 4, strengthening your love-hate relationships and desire for romance. Thankfully, as Neptune retrograde ends in Pisces on Dec. 6, you will find it easier to hold onto faith and instill more trust in your evolving love life.

A new perspective pertaining to your goals will dawn on you under the new moon in Sagittarius on Dec. 12. Avoid being too idealistic or tactless here; otherwise, Mercury’s frustrating retrograde, which begins on Dec. 13, will reveal the gaps in your plan.

The sun makes its big entrance into ambitious and mature Capricorn on Dec. 21, but this Capricorn season will be laden with worries and self-critique, throwing you off balance. Moments of solitude will allow you to review your concerns and get grounded.

Mercury retrograde reemerges in Sagittarius on Dec. 23, inviting you to reconsider the thoughts and opinions you’ve previously shared without deeper thought or restraint. Don’t allow your rigid beliefs and judgment to obstruct you from connecting with others, especially under the full moon in Cancer on Dec. 26, which calls for emotional closure and optimistic endings to sensitive matters.

Once asteroid Chiron — which represents your inner wounds — regains its momentum in self-assured Aries on Dec. 26, commend yourself for your valiant efforts to heal your deepest insecurities. Your life could take a positive turn, aligning you with friends and lovers who are eager to share adventures with you, thanks to Venus’ next move through explorative Sagittarius from Dec. 29.

Keep an open mind and attitude toward new experiences; Jupiter retrograde reaches its end in Taurus on Dec. 30, insisting that you do not revert back to cautious and fearful patterns.

Happy birthday, Sagittarius & Capricorn!
