We start out with a shamanic dropping in, enabling a more heart-centered presence. We drop in further into our bodies, discovering layers of pleasure that we never even thought was possible. We discover what is means to be shamanically embodied through practices that include mantras, mudras and yantras (Sacred Geometry) that Veenaa Saynana learnt from her Indian gurus.
Through the practice of Shamanic Embodied Movement (SEM), participants learn the art of listening closely to the signals the body gives, understanding and interpreting them correctly, and finding out their relationship ‘style’. SEM involves breath work, self-regulation, honoring boundaries of self and others, and deep physical embodiment. It is incredibly enjoyable and interspersed with a lot of laughter. It is suitable for singles and couples, as you get to set the boundaries you are comfortable with. It is especially therapeutic for those who have or have had trauma, experience frequent disassociation, anxiety and trouble sleeping.
