Over the next 4 weeks we will be working with Inspired writing.

When we work from the platform of inspiration we open ourselves up to the spirit worlds influence and allow it to flow from pen and onto the paper. This is where we build a rapport with our own soul’s wisdom and that of the guides and teachers who work with us daily.

This class is designed to get you in the habit of making your journaling a daily practice as you learn to become disciplined in your own actions. It is through the discipline that we step forward and become the serious student in our own spiritual development. Journaling has always been a staple in Patty’s own growth process and over the years it has evolved along with her. She will take you through a series of exercises as you awaken the writer within you.

Each week you will use the visuals through guided mediation as it becomes the doorway for inspiration to flow through. All levels are welcomed to the class as experience evolves when you put into practice the practical tools for self-development. Please know that the process of Inspired Writing is an individual experience for each student’s personal growth and will help you to gain a deeper understanding of your own soul’s work.

Week#1 -  Getting comfortable with the process…..During this 1st week you will work with the process of Inspired writing as you gain an understanding of what Inspired Writing is i.e. Automatic Writing and the process to be further developed within you.

Week #2 -  Understanding the Flow…..It is important to recognize the flow when it is happening and during this week it will be all about the flow of inspiration that has its own calling card.

Week #3 -  Meditation becomes the gateway…….During this week you will be using deep states of mediation to present the wisdom as you are pulled into and out of the meditative state with cues for inspired writing to be birthed from.

Week #4 -  Recognizing the beauty of your own process……This week will be all about the recognition of the work that is being birthed through you. It is where you recognize the changes in energy as the spirit world steps forth and makes its presence known. It is where you are called to recognize when the spirit world is asking you to put pen to paper as you allow the freedom of expression to be born.
