Join us for a unique meditation that combines sounds, scents and guided meditation. Native American flute, Tibetan bowls and other instruments are used along with therapeutic grade essential oil blends to create a heightened meditation space.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you might want to lay on the floor comfortably for approximately an hour. 2 – 3 different oils/oil blends are provided during the course of the meditation.
