This is an accelerated class that will cover all the essential aspects of Reiki including plenty of practice.

Cyn is a professional course designer and adult educator who creates exceptional experiential workshops in a condensed format.

You will leave this program with an attunement to Reiki, a manual, plenty of additional material to continue your studies until Level 2, and a log to use in your daily Reiki practices.

In-class you will learn about Reiki's history and the importance of Lineage, Reiki's frequency and methods of sending and receiving, Receive your Reiki attunement, practice sending and receiving Reiki, use Reiki on yourself, your food, your drink, and send from a distance to people, animal, the environment, etc.

An online forum will be added after 21 days to review your transformation and experiences in the first 3 weeks.
