Boundaries are an inside job. The qualities of our boundaries are rooted in the level of self-worth, self-trust, and self-love we operate from and embody.
Together in sisterhood we will gently and compassionately bring awareness to the parts of us who hold the wounding keeping us trapped in the cycles of unhealthy relating so they may be healed and integrated strengthening our relationship with Self.
-Learn to hear the quiet whispers of your inner compass guiding your way and follow your inner navigation system
-Learn about different types of boundaries (Ex: astral, emotional, energetic, physical, etc.)
-Expand your emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and soften into your own body temple, creating more love and harmony within
-Identify energy leaks and map body mind spirit to develop more refined and intimate relationships with yourself
-Learn to hold yourself strongly no matter what comes your way through solidifying your boundaries anchored in love and trust
