J. Currie has developed this immersive meditative experience based on principles he has learned during his visits to ashrams, temples and monasteries while traveling through 40+ countries across the globe.

In the ancient past, Eastern Gurus and Sages developed roadmaps of the physical body’s electrical system. Known as Chakras, a Sanskrit word literally translating to “wheel” or “disk,” these spherical energy nodal points govern the movement of energy throughout the body.

J’s techniques utilize breath to access the Chakra system and merge the ancient disciplines of movement, breathwork, mantra and Vipassana meditation. Updated for the 21st century by incorporating a modern Western understanding of neurology and physiology.

Participants will access a portal into Cosmic Consciousness and unlock keys to harnessing control of their body’s electrical grid.
