In this immersive trance healing experience, students are guided into a deeper connection with their physical body, emotional landscape, mental clarity, and energetic field. Through gentle yet powerful techniques, we begin by quieting the noise of everyday life so we can finally recognize what is truly our own - and what is not.

Participants will learn how to: attune to their inner world, sense where emotions and energy manifest in the body, and strengthen their intuitive awareness in a grounded, practical way.

From this foundation, we move into a shared, safe, and supportive circle where each person is invited to explore their inner experience without judgement or pressure.

As the class progresses, we open the doorway to the spirit world. Students will learn how to connect with their spirit guides, feel the frequency of unconditional love, and allow those guides to blend with their energy.

Through guided trance states, you will practice scanning the body and energetic field of another participant—not through logic or guesswork, but by allowing spirit to work through you.
