October Theme: Autumn Exhale
Soften • Exhale • Restore
Autumn has a way of reminding us that we don't have to hold everything so tightly.
As the season shifts and the natural world begins to slow down, Autumn Exhale offers an invitation to do the same—to soften the body, quiet the mind, and give yourself permission to set down some of what you've been carrying.
Join us for Deep Rest: A Reiki & Sound Bath Experience, featuring October's theme, Autumn Exhale.
This deeply restorative evening brings together the soothing vibrations of sound healing with Betty Geroulis and the gentle, supportive energy of one-on-one Reiki with Tina and Dan Santana.
Sound Healing with Betty Geroulis
Allow yourself to settle into the vibrations and frequencies of sound as they create a peaceful environment for deep relaxation, helping you step away from the mental chatter and busyness of everyday life.
One-on-One Reiki with Tina & Dan Santana
As you rest and receive the sound bath, Tina and Dan will move individually among participants, offering one-on-one Reiki to each person. Reiki is a gentle energy-healing practice intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and overall well-being, adding a personal element of care to your experience.
Throughout the evening, Autumn Exhale invites you to gently consider:
Where have I been holding tension that I'm ready to soften?
What would it feel like to stop carrying everything, even for a little while?
What becomes possible when I give myself permission to simply receive?
There is nothing you need to accomplish during this experience. No previous experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is necessary.
Simply arrive as you are. Get comfortable. Allow the sound to surround you, receive Reiki individually, and let yourself experience the gift of doing less.
Inhale what nourishes you.
Exhale what weighs you down.
Rest in the space between.
