Ecstatic Dance and Sound Journey with Yolanda Lozano

You are warmly invited to an evening of ecstatic dance . Ecstatic dance is free-form movement: no steps to learn, no partners, no talking on the floor. The music carries you from a slow warm-up into something wilder, then lands you softly again. However your body wants to move that night is the right way to do it.

We open with an hour of dance. At 8:00 the room lies down for a live sound journey, and we close with herbal tea and a share circle so nobody has to leave in a rush. You will be home by 9:00 PM.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and an open heart. All bodies are welcome. No dance background is needed, and coming on your own is completely normal, most people do.
