As summer begins to unfold in full color and motion, this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you.

Join us for an evening of deep rest, healing sound, and Reiki designed to help you soften your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and return to a place of inner balance. Even in seasons of growth, movement, and becoming, you are allowed to pause.

Stillness in Full Bloom is a gentle reminder that true restoration happens not through pushing harder, but through allowing yourself space to breathe, receive, and simply be.

Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed and meditative state. As the sound washes over you, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support energetic alignment, emotional release, grounding, and renewal.

This experience is especially supportive for those who:
