Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of the Sacred Heart through guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, sound healing, and spiritual teachings designed to help you soften what is ready to be released, reconnect with your heart, and create space for greater compassion—both for yourself and others.
What is an Ascended Master?
In many spiritual traditions, Ascended Masters are understood as highly evolved spiritual teachers who once walked the Earth and now serve as guides for humanity’s spiritual growth and healing. Each is associated with particular teachings and qualities, such as compassion, wisdom, transformation, courage, forgiveness, or divine love.
You do not need to follow any particular spiritual path or belief system to participate in Circle of Light. Whether you have worked with the Ascended Masters for years or have never heard of them before, you are welcome to experience the evening with an open mind and simply take from it what resonates with you.
This Month: Lady Nada
Lady Nada is associated with the Pink Ray of Divine Love and the qualities of unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, sacred service, and heart-centered living.
Her teachings remind us that opening the heart isn't simply about giving more to others. It is also about learning to honor ourselves, receive love, practice forgiveness without losing our discernment, and create healthy boundaries that allow us to love without depletion.
During this gathering, we'll work with these themes as we explore questions such as:
What is my heart asking me to release?
Where am I being called to offer myself greater compassion?
Can I forgive while still honoring my boundaries?
What changes when I begin listening to the wisdom of my heart?
Your Evening Will Include
Messages & Teachings from Lady Nada — Explore the symbolism, wisdom, and heart-centered teachings associated with Lady Nada and the Pink Ray.
Guided Meditation & Heart Activation — Journey inward to connect with the Sacred Heart, release emotional heaviness, and become more receptive to love, compassion, and inner guidance.
Reiki Energy Healing — Tina & Dan Santana will offer Reiki throughout the experience to encourage relaxation, energetic balance, and integration.
Sound Healing — Laura Barna will weave healing sound into the evening, supporting the meditation and creating space for deeper relaxation and reflection.
Spiritual Connection & Community — Gather in a welcoming environment with others who are exploring healing, personal growth, and spirituality.
No previous experience with meditation, Reiki, sound healing, energy work, or the Ascended Masters is necessary. Beginners are absolutely welcome.
