Rather than simply talking about energy, we’ll experiment with it through guided activities, energetic awareness exercises, simple testing techniques, grounding and clearing practices, and sound and frequency experiences.
You’ll have opportunities to notice how energy feels in your own body, how your awareness responds to the people and environment around you, and how subtle energetic shifts may show up for you.
There is no single “right” way to experience energy.
No previous experience with Reiki, energy work, or intuitive practices is needed.
