Leadership is knowing what to support in others. By knowing self we are able to view the student with professionalism. In this class we will teach you to understand the challenges of true leadership. You will be able to discern issues that the may interfere with effective leadership. You will have a better understanding of what is your issues and what are the student or clients issues. When we work with others in a leadership role we are asked to grow. With the use of Debbie Ford's work, we will begin to understand the hidden shadows of self and others. This will give us a view of support that we have been looking for all of our lives. Once the shadow is understood it will be a source of information that will support all in turning the negative into a positive in our leadership styles and roles. 

Being a Leader is teaching others to be responsible for self and having the pleasure of freedom that this state of being brings to them. When we learn this for ourselves we will own it and be able to teach responsibility and freedom to all we meet in and outside of any classroom.

This class is open to 12 students only and stands alone as a class in the series. No other class is a prerequisite. Please register before the 25th as space is limited. You may pay online or by credit card, cash or check.
